The Ranch also contains a handsome Conference Center that boasts 2800 square feet, complete with plenty of seating, original artwork and a grand fireplace. La Cocina is the exclusive restaurant at Riven Rock Ranch. It is positioned at the very rim of the majestic hilltop Resort. A sprawling outdoor veranda opens up from La Cocina providing a sublime panoramic view of the captivating landscape. The restaurant prepares breakfast and offers gourmet picnic lunches on request. La Cocina, as well as the Conference Center can be reserved for private venue, such as weddings, family gatherings, or special events. ~Farm House~

The Farmhouse, which is located at the foot of the resort, nearest the river, is the most secluded of the Guesthouses. It has an expansive covered front porch. It is complete with comfortable rocking chairs and a view of a rolling meadow, a favorite grazing spot for the whitetail deer that reside at Riven Rock. The living area is very spacious and has a large fireplace. The Farmhouse has a gourmet kitchen that opens out into the dining area. The dining area is large enough to seat eight people and there is a sunroom. Just through the French door of the sunroom is a very large native rock patio with Adirondack chairs and a gas barbeque grill. The Farmhouse has three suites available. These suites can be booked separately or you can choose to book the entire house for a larger group. The use of the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grilling facilities are only available if you book the entire guesthouse. The rate to reserve the entire Farmhouse is $695.00 per night up to six guests. |

~Guesthouse~

The Guesthouse is the largest lodging facility at Riven Rock Ranch. It is situated on the crest of the hilltop Resort. The Guesthouse neighbors the Main Office and the Conference Center. A covered front porch with enough seating for ten is the perfect place for sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine while absorbing the spectacular vista. The Guesthouse can accommodate up to ten guests within its three separate guest quarters. An ample living space filled with Oriental rugs, original artwork and a luxurious fireplace is a common area for all. There is a gourmet kitchen for the cooking inclined guest who books the entire lodge, as well as an outdoor gas grill on the back patio. The rate to reserve the entire Guesthouse is $825.00 per night up to ten guests. The suites can be booked separately for couples or smaller groups. |

East Wing SuiteThe East Wing Suite in the Guesthouse has a private entrance, Queen-size bed, and a separate sitting room with a two- person trundle bed. There is a private bathroom located between the two rooms that has a custom vanity with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed oversized tub/shower. The East Wing is one of only two suites at Riven Rock that is pet friendly. All pets must be crated during any absence of its Master. There is an additional charge of $40.00 per pet per night - maximum number of pets - 2. The East Wing Suite rate is $235.00per night - double occupancy. $25.00 per night per each additional guest. |

| Parvin’s Cottage is located on the rim of Riven Rock’s hilltop vista. The panoramic view is utterly sublime. This private cottage has a sub-level, native limestone rock veranda with an comfortable seating and gas barbeque grill, perfect for a romantic evening or reconnecting with nature and old friends. Parvin’s Cottage consists of a living area with a unique river rock fireplace, gourmet kitchen, dining room that seats six, and a large wrap-around sunroom. There are two separate bedrooms in the Cottage, each having a Queen-size bed. There is also an upstairs loft has a trundle bed for two for additional sleeping quarters or can be used as another sitting area. There is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, each custom designed with large, walk-in showers. Parvin’s Cottage must be booked in its entirety. Parvin’s Cottage rate is $450.00 per night up to six guests. |

| The Teacher’s Cottage is also situated on the rim of the resort where the incredible landscape can be viewed from three sides. This private cottage is the most intimate at the resort. It has the easiest access to La Cocina's immense limestone veranda where the view is at its most spectacular. The Teacher’s Cottage can sleep up to four, but is also perfect for a honeymoon retreat or a romantic couples get-away. It has a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a sunroom with a two-person trundle bed. There is a charming living area, full kitchen and a dining nook that will seat four. The private patio comes complete with a breathtaking view, Adirondack seating and a gas barbeque grill. Teacher’s Cottage rate is $345.00 per night - double occupancy. $25.00 per night per extra guest. |
